Reverend Wendell Mettey, Founder and President of Matthew 25: Ministries, was named the 2014 recipient of the NuWay Foundation International Bridge Award. This award honors local philanthropists and citizens who are actively making a difference in the world.
   
  Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber - 2012 Nonprofit of the Year
The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s Small Business Excellence Awards recognize the best of our region’s small businesses. Candidates are selected based on company culture, leadership style, sustainability, vision and strategic planning, financial performance, transparency, customer focus and community involvement. The Nonprofit of the Year Award is given to the organization that most comprehensively exemplifies these characteristics.

The Google Grants program supports organizations sharing Google's philosophy of community service to help the world in areas such as science and technology, education, global public health, the environment, youth advocacy, and the arts.

Also known as “exceptional,” this ranking indicates that Matthew 25: Ministries “exceeds industry standards and outperforms most charities in its cause.” Charity Navigator is one of America’s premier independent charity evaluators.
   
  The Independent Charities Seal of Excellence
Recognizes the Best Charities in America based on the highest standards of public accountability, program effectiveness, and cost effectiveness. M25M has been honored with this seal of approval.
   
  The Wise Giving Alliance Standards
Recognizes organizations that meet basic standards in how they govern their organization, in the ways they spend their money, in the truthfulness of their representations, and in their willingness to disclose basic information to the public. M25M has been recognized as meeting these standards developed by the Better Business Bureau.
   
   Love Cincy Award
Celebrates the attributes that make Cincinnati a great place to live, work, and play. Matthew 25: Ministries received this award for Best Reaching Out in August 2009.
   
   Better Business Bureau's Torch Award
Recognizes businesses that have committed to and exemplify ethics and integrity in the marketplace. Matthew 25: Ministries received this award for Marketplace Ethics in October 2006.
   
   The ONE Award
Recognizes nonprofit organizations for best practices in principles, people, process and performance, and overall excellence. M25M won this award for Excellence in Process in October 2006.
   
  The Jefferson Award
Honors community and public service in America. Pastor Mettey became one of five local recipients of this award in 2003. He was recognized for his Outstanding Public Service.
   
  The Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Award
One of the nation’s highest honors for humanitarian work. This award is part of the Jefferson Awards, and is the highest distinction a local Jefferson Award recipient can receive. In 2003, Pastor Mettey was one of five national recipients chosen to receive this award for Outstanding Public Service Benefiting the Local Community.
   
  Combined Federal Campaign
Supports eligible nonprofit organizations that provide health and human service benefits throughout the world. The Combined Federal Campaign is one of the most exclusive fund drives in the world. Matthew 25: Ministries is a member of this campaign through the Christian Charities of America Federation, allowing federal employees to donate to our efforts with a portion of each paycheck. Matthew 25's CFC Code is #11474. Matthew 25 is also a member of the State of Ohio Combined Charitable Campaign.
