FLINT, MI WATER CRISIS 2016
UPDATED FRIDAY, JANUARY 6, 2017 3:28 PM EST
The Flint, Michigan water crisis is an on-going issue with the safety of the city’s water supply. Large amounts of lead were found to be present in the water source posing a dangerous situation for local residents.
Matthew 25: Ministries responded to this crisis by shipping 4 truckloads of water to partners in the affected areas. These shipments provided residents with access to fresh, safe water while local officials work to provide long-term solutions.
