Matthew 25: Ministries responded Monday, August 29, 2016, to localized flooding that left many in the Tri-State fleeing from their homes and stranded on highways Sunday night, August 28.
Matthew 25: Ministries’ Disaster Response Team set up distribution locations and handed out supplies such as personal care kits, cleaning supplies, bottled water, and paper products to those in the Norwood and St. Bernard areas who were displaced or recovering from flooding.
“Helping the Cincinnati community is a big part of our work,” says Matthew 25 CEO Tim Mettey. “Cincinnati is our home and we work with partners all year long to assist those in need in our community. Our hearts go out to those affected by this flooding and we are committed to helping those affected by this and similar disasters in our community.”
