NOVEMBER 27, 2018  Cincinnati, OH – After the rush of Black Friday and Cyber Monday is over, many turn to Giving Tuesday as a way to give back to their community. Matthew 25: Ministries, international humanitarian aid and disaster relief organization in Cincinnati, OH would like to invite you to share with your viewers ways they can give back through Matthew 25 on Giving Tuesday, November 27th or at any time throughout the holiday season.  Matthew 25 offers opportunities for individuals and groups, businesses and organizations to give back in the way that works best for them – by volunteering at our Blue Ash location, by donating products or by making a financial contribution. Matthew 25: Ministries provides support to more than 60 partners in our local community of Greater Cincinnati, to partners throughout the United States, and to over 60 countries around the world.

Volunteer – Matthew 25 provides a hands-on experience that offers volunteers an education, an active experience and a sense of deep satisfaction and accomplishment when finished.  Matthew 25 is proud to be a place where people of all ages, ethnicities, cultures and religious beliefs can come together and work for the common purpose of helping those in need. Volunteers are the heart of our ministry. Matthew 25 welcomes volunteers 6 days a week at their Blue Ash facility. Matthew 25 welcomed more than 71,000 volunteers who donated over 174,000 hours of time in 2017.  For every hour a person volunteers at Matthew 25: Ministries, they help approximately 125 people around the world.

Our volunteer hours are:

Monday – Friday 9 AM – 4 PM
Monday – Thursday Evenings 4:30 PM -7:30 PM
Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM (Prescheduled Groups. To schedule a group email Gracie Simmons at
Saturday 1 PM – 3 PM Walk-In Volunteers

*Please note that there are some days during the holiday season when volunteer opportunities will be restricted or canceled due to special events.

Donate product – an extensive list of accepted items is available on Matthew 25’s website Purchase items while shopping for holiday gifts, clean out closets or organize a collection at a business, school or church.  If interested in supporting disaster relief, a list of suggested item categories can be found on Matthew 25’s Wildfire webpage. We are currently providing aid to help the victims of the California wildfires. We have sent three truckloads of aid so far and our Disaster Response Team is preparing to deploy to help those in need.

Meet hometown heroes and storybook characters, play arcade games, giant board games, wander through the candy forest and greet Santa in his workshop.

Matthew 25: Ministries distributes over 16,000,000 pounds of clothing, medical supplies, personal care items, school supplies, food and beverages, household supplies, cleaning products, reblended paint and micro-enterprise supplies each year through projects targeted to specific regions and needs.
