Volunteering

Every Hour Makes a Difference

I have dreamed of a place where people can work together to help a child in need.

Volunteers play an essential role in the work of Matthew 25: Ministries. The donated goods we receive must be sorted, counted, packaged, and put on pallets ready for shipment to various parts of the world. There is a job for everyone!

Volunteering at Matthew 25 can be a great team-building activity, and is also very family friendly. A morning or afternoon’s work will typically produce enough finished materials to help hundreds of people in need in the U.S. and around the world.

Our staff will place and train you on a specific workstation when you arrive, based on greatest need and availability of products. Tasks are simple and easy-to-learn, and many can be adapted to fit a variety of ability levels.

We now offer a sensory-friendly room where families can volunteer together in a space that is safe and enjoyable for all family members, including those with special needs. Learn more.

Individuals needing service hour verification must track his/her own hours and have a Matthew 25 representative verify hours at the end of each session. Matthew 25: Ministries is not responsible for tracking individuals’ service hours and cannot verify hours after the date served.

Matthew 25 has a spacious parking lot, but also welcomes hundreds of volunteers each day. Please consider carpooling to save on gas and to help ensure that there is enough parking for all our volunteers.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, please check Local12 for any changes in Matthew 25: Ministries' hours of operation. If your group is unable to make it in, please call us to reschedule your visit.
