Other Ways to Help

Every Effort Makes a Difference

There’s a way for everyone to get involved with Matthew 25: Ministries. No matter who you are, where you live, what you do—you can be a part of our mission to help the poorest of the poor and disaster victims.

Many of your interests and activities that you already do on a regular basis may have the potential to help those in need. Your individual skills and talents can make an enormous difference in the lives of people living in poverty and recovering from sudden disasters.

If you have a specific idea of how you’d like to help, we’d love to hear from you. We are also happy to recommend off-site activities for individuals and groups of all ability levels.

Please contact info@m25m.org or call 513-793-6256 for assistance with your ideas on how to get involved.

Collections and Fundraisers

Collect products and funds to benefit our work with the poorest of the poor and disaster victims. This is a great way for groups such as schools, businesses, clubs, etc. to help. Some ideas include:

  • Organize a clothing drive or other collection. We are always in need of clothing, personal care items, non-perishable food, medical supplies, and educational materials. New this Year: You can earn services hours by doing a collection for Matthew 25: Ministries. Learn more about local donations and collections, or contact us at 513-793-6256 or info@m25m.org for suggestions of currently requested items.
  • Raise money to benefit Matthew 25: Ministries’ Change for Change Program, an ideal way for individuals and groups to collect loose change to help those in need. Plus, many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match charitable contributions made by their employees, with no added cost to you.
  • Collect educational products and supplies for our Education Shoebox Program to help needy children here in the United States and around the world.
  • Host a spaghetti dinner, auction or concert.
  • Make Matthew 25: Ministries a part of your church’s mission budget, mission Sunday, or special collection.
  • Ask your friends and family to sponsor your participation in an event such as a marathon, walk-a-thon, or other race.
  • Raise money as a general donation or to support a specific project.

Ask Matthew 25 for assistance on fundraising ideas or promotional materials. Or read through our General Fundraising Guidelines.
