Appalachia Outreach
Matthew 25: Ministries has maintained a ministry in Appalachia since 2005, providing warm winterwear including coats, hats, gloves and scarves to children in a rural school district, assisting the schools with essential supplies, and providing Christmas presents for the students.
HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE
Bring joy to a child in need this holiday season by donating new toys! We are collecting toy donations for children between the ages of 4 – 10*. Toy donations should be new, in original packaging, sealed, and unwrapped, with a suggested value between $10 – $25. Please note, we are not accepting battery operated, military-themed or weapon-themed toys, books, or stuffed animals above 24″ in height for this project.
Items must be delivered by December 2, 2024 to be included in this year’s distribution. Bring items to Matthew 25: Ministries’ donation drop-off, 11083 Kenwood Rd, Blue Ash, OH 45242, between the hours of 9 AM – 4 PM on Monday – Friday and 9 AM – 3 PM on Saturday.
*In addition to providing toys to our focus school in Appalachia, Matthew 25 provides Christmas toys to a number of Greater Cincinnati partners, bringing joy to children in need in our community. Toys for the Greater Cincinnati Outreach distribution can range from age 0 – 17.
WINTER ESSENTIALS
Donate handmade hats and scarves! Each year, we request donations of hand-knitted or crocheted hats and scarves for the fall and winter seasons. The children love these beautiful hand-made accessories which allow them to have their own personalized item and stay warm!
Items must be delivered by the end of September to be included in that year’s distribution. Bring items to Matthew 25: Ministries’ donation drop-off, 11083 Kenwood Rd, Blue Ash, OH 45242, between the hours of 9 AM – 4 PM on Monday – Friday and 9 AM – 3 PM on Saturday.
