MARCH TORNADO OUTBREAK 2025

UPDATED FRIDAY, MARCH 21, 8:45 AM

Matthew 25: Ministries is responding to a powerful series of storms that swept through communities over the weekend of March 14-16, leaving a trail of devastation across the Midwest, South, and Plains. The system brought deadly tornadoes, destructive wildfires, dust storms, extreme winds, and severe thunderstorms, causing widespread destruction. Homes and infrastructure were destroyed, hundreds of thousands have been left without power, and dangerous debris now covers entire landscapes. More than 40 lives were lost in the 80 reported tornadoes across multiple states, while dust storms in Kansas and Texas claimed at least 11 more.

Matthew 25 is committed to providing relief to the affected communities. Our disaster response team deployed to the disaster region to distribute critical supplies, including personal care items, cleaning products, and baby supplies, to support recovery efforts. In addition, we are shipping these essential products to our partners in the disaster-affected areas. We are working closely with local partners to assess the most urgent needs and offer support to those in need. Our goal is not only to provide physical aid but also to offer hope, encouragement, and a reminder that these communities are not alone in the challenges they face.
