WITH NEW SAFETY AND SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES
Matthew 25 Implementing a Phased Approach to Reopening for Volunteers
MONDAY JUNE 8, 2020 Cincinnati, OH – Matthew 25: Ministries is excited to announce Phase 1 of re-opening their facility to volunteers today, June 8. This will be a multi-phased process, beginning with very limited hours and capacity and slowly expanding over the coming months. Matthew 25 has made multiple updates to their facility and their volunteer process to ensure they provide a safe environment for everyone at their building.
Phase 1 of the reopening process will begin with individuals and families. Interested volunteers should visit Matthew 25’s volunteer page https://m25m.org/help/volunteering/ for more details regarding hours and guidelines. Shifts will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Matthew 25’s volunteers are the heart of their ministry and Matthew 25 is able to do what they do because of the incredible support they receive from these generous individuals. In 2019, the work that Matthew 25’s 63,000 volunteers provided evaluating, sorting, processing, preparing, assembling and reblending donated supplies was instrumental in Matthew 25’s ability to ship more than 13 million pounds of aid to partners worldwide.
Matthew 25: Ministries continues working with first responders, hospitals, healthcare providers, public service agencies and other organizations and businesses to ensure that they have access to the supplies they need to protect their employees and safely meet the needs of the community.
