Appalachia Outreach

Matthew 25: Ministries has maintained a ministry in Appalachia since 2005, providing warm winterwear including coats, hats, gloves and scarves to children in a rural school district, assisting the schools with essential supplies, hosting educational summer camps and providing Christmas presents for the students.

WINTER ESSENTIALS
Donate handmade hats and scarves! We are requesting donations of hand-knitted or crocheted hats and scarves for the upcoming fall and winter seasons. The children love these beautiful hand-made accessories which allow them to have their own personalized item and stay warm!

Items must be delivered by September 30, 2024 to Matthew 25: Ministries’ donation drop-off, 11083 Kenwood Rd, Blue Ash, OH 45242, between the hours of 9 AM – 4 PM on Monday – Friday and 9 AM – 3 PM on Saturday.

SUMMER MISSION TRIPS
Matthew 25: Ministries has led many volunteer mission trips to rural and impoverished areas in West Virginia. During these trips, volunteers and staff host an educational day camp for students, which include interactive activities and a nutritious meal for each student. The team also completes much-needed maintenance on schools in the area, including cleaning, painting and organizing much of the sites. These trips enhance Matthew 25: Ministries’ ongoing support of this region. Thank you to the many donors and volunteers who have helped to make these trips such a success over the years.
