SOUTHERN TORNADOES 2020

Matthew 25: Ministries responded to devastating tornadoes that tore through areas of the south and the eastern United States. In total, more than 100 tornadoes struck these areas, including two F-4 strength in Mississippi. There was also heavy damage reported from the storms in Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Approximately 36 people were killed in one of the largest tornado outbreaks in recent years.
Matthew 25 is working with partners throughout these areas to provide desperately-needed aid to those who are affected. Following the disaster, we shipped 3 truckloads of aid to support ongoing recovery efforts. Along with these shipments, we are also providing essential PPE to allow our partners to safely distribute aid to those working to recover from these storms.
