HELENA-WEST HELENA, AR WATER CRISIS 2024

Matthew 25: Ministries responded to the Helena-West Helena, Arkansas water crisis caused by damage from the winter storm in mid-January. The area was under a disaster declaration and was without access to water for weeks. Bottled water was provided to impacted residents. However, access to other essential health and hygiene resources was limited.

Matthew 25: Ministries deployed our Disaster Response Team along with the Tide Loads of Hope Mobile Laundry Unit in collaboration with Procter & Gamble, Walmart and Tide to provide assistance to the Helena-West Helena area. Matthew 25 will continue to communicate with partners and local officials in the area regarding ongoing needs.
